Probability Research on the Winning Rule of Lottery

This paper uses probability,statistics and combinatory mathmatics to analyze winning numbers of numeric lotteries,and to summarize the occurrence rule of minimax numbers,odevity,minimax error and sum of numbers firstly.Then,a model is presented for improving the rate of winning rate.Finally,we tests this model and compares with practical data.
