Research on Image Hash Improvement Algorithm Based on Zernike Moment

Proposes the improvement of the multimedia perception harsh algorithm for the security and reliability of the Internet information obtaining.Making use of the rotation unchangeable and reconstruction characteristic of the Zernike moment,uses the image extract of feature moment as the supplement of the perception hash sequence to test the image rotation attack.The experiment shows that it has strong robust to the image zooming,rotating,shifting,compressing,Median filter changing,image Localized tampering and content operate keeping.It also has strong abstract extraction character which can achieve the high-quality compression to the image.And it also improves the safety and security of the Internet information fatherly.
