Research on Anti-disasters Planning for Distribution Network of Maoming City

The Medium voltage distribution network of Maoming city is influenced by hurricane,flood and lighting in almost every year,which produces a great economic losses.There is not a complete distribution network planning scheme to prevent the influences of disaster at present.According to the characteristics of disaster and the concept of differential planning,the disaster of hurricane,flood and lighting is divided into three grades and the disaster area is partitioned into three kinds of area accordingly.As to different disaster types and grades,different design schemes to boycott disasters are put forward.On the basis of Maoming city power grid planning,the scheme of emergency response is carried out.In the end,the results of assessment on the social benefit and economic benefit of emergency response show that the proposed scheme is efficient and feasible.
