Consistent degree measurement model for specialists' judgement and its improvement in FSA

The model of consistent degree measurement model established in FSA guidelines can not select specialists and improve the concordance coefficient.To solve the above problem,the model combining entropy with consistent degree measurement model for specialists' judgement was proposed,which took advantage of the screening function of entropy model to improve the concordance coefficient of specialists' judgement.Case study shows that the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed model.Moreover,the combination of transfer entropy model with consistent degree measurement model for specialists' judgement can improve the concordance coefficient of specialists' judgement.
