Opinion on University Library Building Harmonious Labor Relations

Construction of harmonious library labor relations,need the active participation of trade unions,the article puts forward measures on library union courage to assume responsibility for their own: play a role in tissue protection,and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers;establish a sound system of congress,smooth channels of expression demands of workers,carefully listen the voice of the masses of workers;reexamine library culture,and promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.
