Because of the industrial and social activity of human being,environment became worse than ever before.So it was extremely critical to find a high efficient way to restore environment for the whole world without the secondary pollution.As the disintegrator of ecosystem,the special character of microorganism such as rapid propagate and metabolize made them become the best material to restore.The bacterial of organisms restoring from concepts of application,classification and research development were summarized.
