Current Mode Filters with Multiple Inputs and One Output Based on CCII

In order to realize a three-input single-output current-mode filter which has simple structure and is convenient to be integrated, the paper presents a signal flow graph of current mode filter with three inputs and one output. The signal flow graph is realized by CCⅡs and current mirrors, and a current mode filter circuit is obtained. The filter circuit is constructed by two CCⅡs, four RC components and one current mirror with three outputs. It can realize five kinds of second order filtering outputs very conveniently. The filter can be applied to signal processes of communication and electronic measure and instrument. Experiment results validate the circuits.
