Emergency response plan and its cases analysis for pipeline leaking at the Wang Yao reservoir basin

Wang Yao reservoir as the major flood control and waterworks serves 400,000 citizens in Yan'an city,besides,it also serves for irrigation,fish farming,power station and silt arrester as a large reservoir in that region,therefore the emergency response plan for the oil pipeline leaking in that basin is quite important.This article emphatically elaborated the Changqing oil field in oil spill response for different channel,channel and the topography,geomorphology characteristics of emergency rescue in the oil boom,oil recovery and disposal measures obtained experience and effect.Through analysis the leaking features and causes,the author introduces the pros and cons of some nowadays' pipeline leaking control and recovery technologies.Further combining with the cases analysis of emergency response,the author presents a methodology to improve the emergency response capabilities in the reservoir basin area.
