The Application of DB4O in Smart Home

After describing the new features of OODB and the characteristics of db4o,which is a kind of open source OODB, the idea of the application of db4o in information appliances is given. Then, by JAVA language, the paper shows how to store, update, query and delete one object of database with a simple information appliance object instance.
