Research on Management of Resources and Applications in Network Based on XML

This paper analyses the status of the existing network management system.As the objects to manage is of different types whose data structures can not easily be changed to uniform type, the work of management is extremely heavy.Based on the capability of XML to deal with data,a new way to unify the different types of data structures are advanced.Meanwhile,rules to cope with network fault are formed based on the mining from a great deal of data of network management.When adding decision making assistance,the management will be more intelligent.
