RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON TIME AND COST CONTROL

Based on deep researches of the present status of software project management and the system, a time and cost control model for software project management is presented. The paper also set up the system construct environment of dual database. dual is the combination of the present the database of project management with the past database of the design procedure and the baseline of procedure capability. At last the design and implement of DDSPMS, a new software project management system in the web environment are given.
