Study of the Higher Vocational College Teachers' Performance Appraisal Target System on Fuzzy Arithmetic

The article first analyzes the problems of higher vocational college teachers' performance appraisal and gives a new train of thought.Furthermore,this system's principle and method of fuzzy arithmetic are discussed.At last,a high vocational college teachers' performance appraisal target system is designed.This target system has such advantages as reasonable feature,overall feature,scientific feature and extended feature.
