The Clinical Application of The Color Doppler Detection Technology to The Design of Axial Pattern Skin Flap

Objective:Using color doppler ultrasound detection in the technical design of axial flaps to ensure that the flap blood supply,improve skin flap survival.Methods: In the traditional design method based on the use of TOSHIBA,aplio-9.XUALOKA-5500 Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) and color Doppler Energy(CDF) technology on the 10 cases of axial pattern skin flap in the number of arteries,diameter,course and distribution of the direction of the scope of testing, according to test results once again design flap and transferred wound coverage.Results: 10 cases of flap survival are good,the appearance are satisfactory.Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound detection technology designed to flap,flap design so that more scientific,accurate,and safe non-invasive.
