An approach to lightning protection for substation secondary system

Lightning protection for substation secondary system is a new topic. Focusing on the protection of electronic information system,its design concept is to establish an equipotential system for the protected equipment, and to discharge lightning current into ground in steps by surge protectors. In the automation reconstruction of 110 kV Shanwei Substation,Shanwei Power Supply Branch,GPG,the lightning protection for the secondary system is designed in accordance with the above design principles and the actual situation,thus improving the security and reliability of the system.
