Along with navigation technology development,using GPS and GIS to make the integration developing,in the electronics map real-time marking GPS information like position,etc is becoming hotspot of people's attention.This paper takes MapX control as graph platform,serial port control as communication interface,developes a GIS under C#.net 2005 environment.This paper researches on the following key technique within the integration of GIS and GPS signal receiving and processing,map display of GPS signal point.
