Fuzzy control for urban isolated intersection traffic lights

Presents a new phase sequence-changeable fuzzy control method,which is used in urban traffic isolated intersection control.This method based on the pass through weight transfer degree by which the next green phase and its green time length are determined.The simulation results indicate that the algorithm has better control performance.
