On Techniques and Operational Approaches of Speaking and Listening

Listening and speaking are a corresponding behavior by human voice acoustic communication.The specific approaches and techniques for developing speaking and listening can be summarized into Six group usages,the contents of which are as follows: taking advantages of opportunities and occasions;using sites and environment;utilizing speciality and proficiency;making use of eloquence and strategies;using normal hearing and mental analysis;exploiting eyesight and observation.
