DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF SAND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY DECISION EXPERT SYSTEM

A sand control technology decision expert system based on expert knowledge and field experience is developed.It has functions of sand prediction,selecting solution,and optimizing parameters.The system includes five subsystems:basic database,expert knowledge base,inference engine,single well simulator and explanation.For taking a new developed implement,driving by simple menus,learning very easily,the system can be used as both an adviser of design engineers,and a valuable technical training tool.Through application,the result shows that the system has certain reliability and practicability.The paper presents the population structure,main function and usage of the system,and the structure of every subsystem.
