Key Block Stability Analysis Based on Blind Data Theory

The key of the stability analysis for rock slope by block theory is the stability analysis of key block.Uncertainty information such as random,fuzzy,gray,unsure message widely exists in the geotechnical engineering.and the complexity of the practical situation,calculation parameters are usually the mixture of multiuncertainty.Based on this point,using the blind data to express the uncertainty of the calculation parameters,the blind data theory is applied to the stability analysis method of wedge-shaped key block,and a method of computing safety factor is put forward.Getting the confidence of safety factor in different taking value interval by operation on blind data,it is better to reduce the subjective factors in taking single value.The case study indicates that the blind data can consider the practical situation better in the wedge-shaped key block stability analysis;and the result is more reliable.
