Modern Bridge Maintenance Management System Based on Web-GIS Technology

To meet the needs of modern bridge maintenance management(BMMS),this paper discusses the present situation,significance and purpose of modern BMMS based on analyzing the traditional BMMS.The characteristics and the functions of BMMS based on B/S and WEB-GIS technology are analyzed.A BMMS example is presented.
