A Fast Image Encryption Algorithm Designed for Wireless Device

The computing power of wireless terminal is usually much lower than that of PC.Accordingly,most known image encryption algorithms are not fit for wireless application.In this paper,we propose a new image encryption algorithm based on lossless compression,which is fast,secure and with acceptable compression rate.Both theoretic analysis and computer simulation show that it is practical for wireless application.
