Computer evolution is from the human dependence on self management began,with the development of science and technology,people need a valid and reliable way to manage complex systems,databaes management system(DBMS) from a single user limited operations began,and with the passage of time and add more features to meet the needs of users.The maximum nuber of operations,alarge amount of data and multi user environmtne has also increased in complexity,ude to the complexity and heterogeneity,the databaes administrator work even more difficult and painful.The database management system solution to the problem is the self-management or independent of the databased management system(ADBMS),and independent databaes management system according to the environment and the available resources has changed,and require little or no human intervention.
