Study on Relationship between Crown Size and Tree Diameter at Breast Height of Poplar'Zhonglin-46' Plantation in the Plain Area

Based on the results from the investigation of 100 trees in the plantation of Poplar 'Zhonglin-46',the paper gives a description on the relationship between crown size and tree diameter at breast height.It indicates that the two characters have quite remarkably straight linear relationship,the linear model is y=-2.257+0.4325x and the correlation coefficient is 0.8964.
