Design of the office Automation System Based on Lotus

In traditional mode of office,the documents circulate slower with less security,and it is complex in handling the information,statistics data and analysis of the documents.It also exists deficiency in the aspects of communication,collaboration and control;In this paper,the research of office automation system and its key technology and the design of office information management system based on Lotus Notes groupware and Intranet are carried out to effectively increase the efficiency of the traditional office system.
