fast Route Planning Algorithm Towards Moving Target

In contrast to the most existing route planners that are suitable for still targets,a new fast route planner towards moving target was proposed.Using a three-dimensional Path planning method based on vector data,and combing the moving of the target with the process of route search,the novel algorithm can react to the move of the target.The experimental results show that the routes are generated in real-time and are satisfied.
