Determination of trace impurities in In_2O_3-SnO_2(ITO) ultrafine composite pow der by ICP-AES

A method for determination of Al, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, M g, Mn, Mo, Ni, Ti, V, Zn and Zr in In2O3-SnO2(ITO) composite powder by I CP-AES is reported in this paper. The matrix interference for the tested eleme nts has been studied. Optimum working parameters of the instrument are selected. Recovery of the method is 92% ～ 110% and RSD is 0.26% ～ 3.66% .
