Application of Underwater Blasting Technique in the Sinking of Steel Cofferdam

The 38th pier caps in water of second Yellow River huge Bridge built by Hu-Zhun Railway are embedded in rock deeply,it requires underwater blasting before the sinking of steel cofferdam;in this paper we give a more detailed description of the construction of underwater blasting,drilling and blast technology,secure computing,blasting effects,and so on.It can provide reference for similar projects.
