Make full use of telecommunications networks to accelerate the modernization of transport industry

This paper analyzes the status quo of the national traffic information and the development of traffic information to get a clear conclusion that information technology will be a bottleneck of traffic information.Under the condition of no duplication,the proposal that transport information needs the integration of transport network and telecommunications network in the levels of resources,technology,operational communication and business services.
