Abstracting Response Component of Dam Observation Data Based on Wavelet Analysis

Taking the series of dam safty monitoring values as one of digitals,which is composed of different frequencies,abstracting response component of dam observation data based on wavelet analysis is performed using multiresolution analysis,and the basic principles and the calculation of idea of the method are given.Taking horizontal displacement of a roller compacted concrete dam monitoring data as an example,the separation results show that wavelet analysis is practical and effective in data processing for dam safty monitoring.
