Whatever in internet web or in enterprise MIS based on Browser/Server infrastructure, there are a number of web pages representing its interesting content, users can interact with them through these pages. A web page can be simply considered as Content + Representation. CSS has a suit of full-featured and flexible rules dividing a web page into content and representation, achieves producing complicated and beautiful web pages containing tidy and clean codes which can be readily maintained. CSS saves designers and maintainers a lot of time and efforts, and raise economic benefit of an enterprise.
