The QoS control in the real-time protocol

Real-time transport protocol (RTP) and the concept, format of package and functions of its accompanying protocol RTCP were introduced. A real-time audio conversation system that could both judge the network state automatically and adjust the voice code over RTP/RTCP protocols was presented.
