A Brief Discussion on Students' Evaluation of Teaching Based on Feedforward Control Center

At present,students' evaluation of teaching has been accepted by many teachers and students in China,but through analyzing the data from the survey on students' evaluation of teaching in one university,we can see that there are some problems:strong subjectivity,the result short of science,etc.It goes against the original intention that improve teachers' teaching activity and promote teachers' specialization.The control of teaching quality should center on feedforward control,improve the reliability and validity;strengthen the publicity and education and training skills;standard the evaluation behavior;increase the usage of information,and create the quality and cultural atmosphere for the sustainable development.
