On the Relations Among Four Kinds of Control Means of Behavior Management

Due to the peculiarity of contradictions at different levels of management,different ways should be taken to solve them.Among the control means of behavior management,institution,mechanism,control of the superior and autonomy have their unique features and scopes of application.The appropriate application of the four controls means in line with specific situations can effectively account for behaviour management and guide the practice of behaviour management.
