The discretization of ground-to-air missile threat level is the first problem in Mission Planning System.Aimed at the difficult discretization and judgment of threat level resulted from inadequate missile performance parameters which are not easy to get,the paper puts forward discrete method of ground-to-air missile threat level based on rough sets.The methods can dig、analyze main information and corresponding relation interrelated to threat level discretization in kinds of inadequate missile performance parameters.And the discretization is solved.At last,taking modern representative ground-to-air missile system as examples,the paper gives out the procedure of threat level discretization.
