One Example to Compare the Code Efficiency of Java Language and C Language

Builds a simple model of the efficiency of algorithm test platform,which is to compare the runtime of the two popular language Java and C spending in executing the same algorithm at the actual environment,finds out that language of C is better than language of Java in speed and efficiency on our simple model,and this provides a reference to programmer when they select one language to program for efficiency of the algorithm test platform.
