By making a thorough study of the Windows OS quick operating way,the paper analyzes the function,essence and component of it,and introduces the methods of how to create and operate it .According to the characteristics of building installation program of the Visul FoxPro 6.0(a visul programming language for windows OS),a method for setting up a quick operating way automatically on the desktop after the installation program has installed the software successfully is given in this paper.
