Research on Application of Scramble Techniques within Watermarking

In this paper,the application of scramble techniques within watermarking and present criterion measure on scramble degree is extensively studied.The distances between original pixels and scrambling pixels are always defined as scramble degree in current watermarking system,and the limitations of this method is analyzed.So this paper imports image local variance as scramble degree into watermarking system.Experimental results indicate that the scramble degree which uses image local variance reflects the scramble effect well.
