Language Evolution Simulation and Modeling Based on Agent

The language formation and evolution problem is a hotspot in the field of complex system.The researches show that conventional modeling and simulation methods can`t depict complex system well.However,the Multi—Agent modeling and simulation method is one of the powerful tools for studying the complex system and needs to be studied deeply.After briefly introducting the complex compatible system,researches based on multi-Agent modeling method,the multi-Agent modeling tool——Repast simulation platform as well as its structure,the modeling and simulation experiments of the formation and evolution of language issue are carried out.The results show that the multi—agent modeling and simulation method is suitable for researching complex system,and has great development space.
