The Mongolian-Chinese dictionary is a major one for Mongolian learners of the Chinese language, which plays an important role in the Chinese output of Mongolian students. However, some defects in the Dictionary may lead to lexical errors. This paper explores and analyzes the following types of errors: 1) Those that are related to defining patterns such as verb voices and reference, 2) Those that are due to the missing of some important meaning items, and 3) Those that are caused by the lacking of examples. Some suggestions are also made to solve these problems.
