This paper made the analysis and comparison about the C/S and B/S software architecture,and discussed it was necessary to take reasonable software architecture design for different users in order to achieve a better application prospect for the Forestry Management is a large and complex monitoring system.This paper put forward the design of Forestry Management and Protection Monitoring System based on C/S B/S mixed structure,including system function,system structure,safety strategy,data backup and recovery.
