Application of GEM-AHP Method in Fire Optimal Distribution

A method for fire optimal distribution based on the GEM-AHP method, firstly, through establishing the hierarchy structure model of evaluation index and constructing experts grading matrix, calculates the relative weights of evaluation index, and accomplishes to ascertain the evaluation index weights by compositing the assembled weights of each index compared with chief index from the top down. Then, it calculates the assembled weights of each evaluation index compared with chief index, according to this, calculates forward the assembled weights of each target in project layer compared with chief target.
