Integrated maintenance management system of power equipments for petrochemical industry

Integrated Condition-Based Enterprise Maintenance Management(ICBEMM) of power equipments was presented to satisfy the future requirements for petrochemical industry.Prevent maintenance,predict maintenance and repair exercise were integrated on a management platform for shared multi-source data so as to provide strong support for maintenance scheme.From functional prospective,ICBEMM was particularly studied,and track mechanism of repair excise and data-based maintenance scheme were proposed for ICBEMM.Successful application of ICBEMM in petrochemical plant indicated that the system could meet the need for distributed equipment management and improve the management level of petrochemical enterprise.
