This paper gives an introduction of the appliance and study on mobile electronic map that is used in the outdoor data acquisition system of land survey.The whole passage illustrates the model building,functions based on map,and algorithm in relation under Windows CE embedded operateing system.In the end,this software’s reasonability and operability are verified by examples.
