Realization for dynamic CBR transmission in mixed streaming media

The realization method of mixed media transmission was discussed in detail. In this design,in order to improve resource and networking band with utilization ratio,the method that VBR become dynamic CBR in network communication was put forward. Meanwhile was encoded with channel,transmission and receive effectiveness; and the way of encode combined with flow control and PRI were adopted. An adaptive dynamic CBR transmission is realized both in single media and in mixed media.,so the best transmission effect is achieved upon the whole system.
