Impeachment of Evidence

Impeachment evidence is an important witness testimony examination technology. As a kind of evidence credibility attacks,it has played an important role in many countries. But in China,the defendant don't have the right to get full cross-examination, that is bad for our proof mechanism and action mechanism,so this situation must be reformed, and the impeachment evidence can effectively make up for the defect. By semantic analysis, deconstruction and pragmatic context setting, we can try to answer the following questions: what is impeachment evidence, how to build Chinese impeachment evidence system, and how to use impeachment evidence correctly.
