Practice and Reflection on the Annual Military Medical Card Examination

The author accumulated some experiences in organization planning,standard performing,management reforming and safeguard applying through practicing in annual medical card examination.It had been witnessed that in order to perfect the annual medical card examination we must insist on the policy regulation as the criterion,base on the quantization standard content,break through the acquisition of information transforming styles,put the officers and soldiers' profits in the first place.Besides,formulate the annual medical card examination plans scientifically,norm the examination and verification strictly,rigorously make the recheck work and improve the efficiency of the annual medical card examination earnestly could not be ignored either.
