Personal network is a type of VPN which the end-us ers built. This paper introduces the structure of personal network, and how to create several VPNs in end users’ host. Combining QoS, it proposes that the technology on the dynamic allocated resource will be efficient used in personal networks, especially bandwidth resource. It improves the efficiency of the information forwarding and process.
