Analysis of Effects of the EDI Technology on Enterprise Logistics Service

EDI is first used between enterprises in ordering merchandise.After that,the appliance of EDI was widely spread among other business activities.It is mainly used in custom clearance,transportation,government affairs and public utilities.In recent years,EDI is widely used in logistics activities,and is called logistics EDI.With the gradual steps of becoming mature and perfect,EDI expanded widely within China,especially in the field of logistics.The effects on logistics services of EDI system can be described as revolutionary.This thesis gives a brief introduction of EDI system related concepts.On the basis of traditional operating system short board analysis,this thesis also analyzed the positive infect that EDI technology can bring to enterprise logistics.And that has a certain degree of positive meaning to the appliance of EDI system in domestic enterprise logistics services.
