Based on PE3236, an LBand frequency synthesizer that is provided with performance of low phase noise was designed, and the loop filer affecting on the phase noise was analyzed The frequency synthesizer has been successfully applied to the outfieldtest instrument of the decimeterwave instrument landing equipment
