Design and Implementation of Measurement System for National Defence Atomic Time

With the increasing of high speed,automatization and intelligence of modern arm system,the status of time and frequency is more and more important in high-tech war.The research and implementation of national defence atomic time system will support us to build our own time standard system independently.This paper describes the structure of measurement system for national defence atomic time,and introduces the design of the software in system for comparison measurement and the surveillance system for environment,and the set up of the relative data-base.
